Braces left spaces between the front teeth of this 14-year-old young man. In 1 appointment, Dr. Goldstein used direct bonding to add to the front four teeth, closing the spaces, and making a handsome, even smile.

This chipped tooth was particularly challenging because of the large translucent zone in the tooth that is around the section of missing tooth structure. With Dr. Goldstein's training in color manipulation, and the large stock of bonding materials he has in various shades, translucencies, and surface textures, he was able to restore the tooth and blend the restoration into that translucent zone.
